Well, since Manufacturers, for whatever reason, don't give us what we want and/or need, there are lot's of ute conversions.

I don't have any particular favorite yet, so I will show you two of of the more notable examples.

M5 From Down Under

Jalopnik has covered this !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . And there is an !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

There are also a few M3 conversions.

Aussie Lost In New York.

No not him.

What appears to be a Holden UTE! A !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! or GTO most likely, in order to get around the Chicken tax.

1955 el camino. Seen alot of tri fives converted depend on the job but can look really good

I have mental problems because I actually like the Toyota Echo. I have even more serious mental problems because I like the Echomino version even more.
